I'm writing an application that stores information about incoming messages
over and above that available in Jame's inbox table.
To do this I need to have a one-to-one relationship between records in the
tables I've defined and records in the inbox table. Is there any way for me
to obtain mess
You just need to include the activation.jar that is
located in james-2.2.0/lib in your CLASSPATH when you
run this JavaMail client.

I downloaded the JavaMail stuff and got it installed on my Mac OS X
Thanks, I got this to work. Now it is just a matter of getting the time
to learn how to configure this to actually do something more than just
startup.

Can you send mail from your server to an external server?
Can you send mail internally?
Can you send mail from an external account to your server?
As for using outlook inside/outside the network - this isnt easy when a
