I have implemented a spam filtering mailet using Spam Assassin rules that
bounces messages back to the sender if their score exceeds a threshold.
Unfortunately, the bouncebacks are creating as bad a problem as spam. Now,
most of the mail entering my spools are rejected bounces from bogus email
