Noel i got u'r answer. Its right there was some DNS probelm, but JAMES
should retry the specified no of time after the specified delay time,
but it never does that. Result ...the mails never get delivered and
remain in the outgoing queue for ever.

Hotmail also has pretty hectic spam filtering, you need to ensure that your
message has 100% valid headers, from-address
Matches reply-to address etc etc
Not a huge CC/BCC list etc
