James had been running fine for more than six months but since
yesterday it is throwing the following error:
Error message:
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.
Moreover, we are using godaddy's relay (somthing.secureserver.net) to
send mails outside.

I am running James from the console because the wrapper does not seem
to be able to install it as a service but when I do run.bat whereas it
was working yesterday today it is not.

The error message indicates that James (or another mail server) is
already running.
Terminate properly, then restart.
Changing ports is not necessarily a good solution since mail services
are expected to run on certain ports.

To me this generally happens when IIS Admin is running because thats
that IIS Admin generally runs the SMTP service.
Go to services and stop IIS Admin.
Try: telnet localhost 25
This should tell you whats running on the port. You can guess by
seeing the banner.
You can also use netstat to see
