Added note: I'm talking about a spammer blasting us with 3000+ emails an
hour to our domain. This makes James slow as it tries to see if each mail is
legit or not. This is hampering our mail server and causing people to
complain that their e-mail arrives to them 1-4 hours from when it was sent.
