Apache Admin Console via SSH instead of Telnet

Hello Com, Is it possible to access the Admin Console of Apache via SSH as an alternative to the older Telnet-Protocol? I run a CopSSH Distribution under Win7. Apache James is atm running under Win7 too. Best Regards, Ralph.
