Lately I have noticed that a new instance of James keeps dying after a
period of inactivity of about 3 hours. I see the following in the log:
27/05/11 04:54:46 INFO spoolmanager: JamesSpoolManager dispose...
27/05/11 04:54:46 INFO spoolmanager: Interrupted JamesSpoolManager: Spool

Wow, "Useless" is a pretty strong word and it appears it's a relative
concept in this case. What you find useless is what we find useful.
Anyway, why don't we change the tone of this email to be a bit more
positive? How about we discuss the alternatives to James?
The reason we chose James over o
server and retry to start when you're sure the xsd is reachable ?

Has anyone tried starting James on Mac for development purposes? Is Mac a
supported platform?
It's not working for me. I am using James 3.0.M2
When I do:
./james start
It seems to start. I see no errors in the log. But when I do:
telnet localhost 4555
I get this:

We need to develop a standard email verification process. When a user signs

response we will activate his account. Is this functionality already built
into James? If not, we can build it using Mailet APIs, but we
