deploying user matchers

At the office I am running the production 2.1.3 release.   I have written a couple simple matchers.  The description of deployment is a little confusing to me, but I was able to deploy them by putting them in a zip file (digimatcher.zip) and and putting that in the ..James-2.1.3\lib director
