I think that integrating components of the log analyzer with the UNIX LogWatch mechanism would also be a great idea. Currently LogWatch is capable of providing summaries of logs from all kinds of UNIX systems from SSH to HTTPD to SMTP (sendmail). Then system admins get an e-mail with the summ
