You can take a look at the soap-binding example. It exposes a service on the JBI bus as a web service accessible through http+soap. The same thing can be applied to a service which would be an xslt transformation engine. If you want to describe your service using a wsdl, you will need to write it and deploy it on the servicemix-http component. See http://servicemix.goopen.org/site/servicemix-http.html
