I've run into a problem with sgd authenticating to active directory.
First off the layout. We have two domains that the users authenticate
to. Faculty log onto nau, while students use students. Both are child
domains of "froot.nau.edu". The default domain is set to
students.froot.n

I ran the two commands below, the peerca was fine, but the cert info said it
couldn't read the cert for some reason. So I did a new CSR, signed it, and
reloaded it. Now certinfo is functioning correctly, but the security system
still won't start.
