In the past I have had some problems with seamless windows as well
and ended up with reinstalling the Enhancement Module. Only the
reinstallation did not went completly ok and I saw the ttatdm.exe
twice in my TaskManager.
One thing you can take a look at is the registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
