Does anybody out there know what's involved in replacing a convertible top?
I've got an early K-car with a weathered tattered top and I'd like to see
what's involved in installing the new aftermarket top that I already have for
it.
I've got he factory shop manual but it doesn't mention anything
To allow for proper torque by helping to spread the load and to allow
the bolts to torque to the proper spec by creating a bit of a bearing
surface for them to ride on. If you've torqued a bunch of these heads
using parts store bolts and stock bolts and compare that feeling to the
one you'll get
as far as i have seen it seems like ALL lebaron coupes and daytonas in 1989
weather turbo or not came with non vented rear disc brakes as standard
equipment. of course the 89 daytona shelby, and 89 GTC had vented rear discs

On line I have found places that sell them but they specifially say, non-ES.
On Positive Impressions' site, they talk about Shelby only bumpers.
On a trip to the junk yard, I saw early bumpers and late bumpers but what the
heck does an ES
