The Two pc intake can be bored to take the 58 mm tb off of a 3.8 Caravan,
but seriously, I doubt you'd ever notice a difference. You'd be MUCH
better off spending that money on head porting. The 2V head needs all the
porting it can get. I spent a good 40 hours porting mine and honestly, I
may port it more when I pull it apart next month. I'm amazed that they
can make the power that they do stock, but I can certainly see why they
don't like to rev much. Reminded me of using one of those coffee stirring
straws to drink a milk shake.

Oh, and get a 2 pc intake too - the one pc isnt' worth the work.

Thanks,

Marc Medina

I am redoing my 86 glht. It's a 2.5 with hybrid turbo, big
  intercooler, highPo
cylinder head, one piece intake, etc.
Is there a benefit to be had by fabricating an intake that will
  accept a
larger throttlebody than what is normally used (52mm) by us at this
  time? What
are the pros and cons of a larger intake and throttlebody setup?
