A couple years ago I had the 86 GLHS painted at a body shop in South Central
MN with Sikkens paint. The car was brought to the shop in a slow period and
the car was painted for $2,000. The car turned out nice and did win first at
SDAC14 in it's division.
A G body does have more parts to paint so I bet the shop would've charged
$2,500-3,000 to do that type of car.
