Sorry it's late I meant they are both positive wires big and small but if they
hit the block it makes the connection and turns the starter.

Probably the negative(small side) of the starter wiring is contacting the
block and engaging the starter. The wires run very close to the block and can
get offset and touch.

Pacifica was making. lots of info, new belts etc. still noise came back. Today
