> I'm going to look at a 1990 Plymouth Voyager 2.5 T1 minivan for sale
today. I have been trying to get with the seller for a few weeks and
finally got their address to see it. The van has no spark and I have
already asked you guys what the problem might be (Thanks for the replies)
and think that I have developed a semi-methodical approach to figuring out
the problem.

I had a car recently with the same general problem that quite a number of
local people couldn't figure out. In the end what it turned out to be was a
poor connection to the power module computer. If you'd turn the key to the
"on" position and poke at the connector you'd hear the fuel pump activate
and after a good cleaning of the outlets for the computer pins it would
finally run once again.
