I saw (and held) one that Tim Costello had done by American Stitches
in Mesquite Texas. It was superb!!The leather was tight, but soft
to the touch. It felt so good to the touch, I didn't want to put
it down. If I had a steering wheel like that in my car, I would want
to go on long trips
I did alot of research on another leather wheel restoration company that had
an extensive resume of experience and was lower priced. To check out the
quality of their work (because I was interested in using them as a vendor) I
had them first do a 3 spoke Shelby Dakota wheel.

I have an 89 Shelby Dakota, that needs it's steering wheel redone. I'm
having a problem locating one; or even a good place to get this one
redone. All the places I called couldn't guarantee how tight the leather
would be after it was done. I guess they where going to use one of those
