actually the 87and 88 year model base, pacifica, and shelby Z models used more of an orangy red color slightly darker than chevrolet orange on the emblems. there are a few of these emblems still around as NOS mopar parts on dealers shelves tho most are NS1 by now.
the 89 , 90 and 91 ES and base models used more of a bright red color on these same emblems. of course the shelby from 89 up went to decals. i have a pretty worn but not broken 87/88 daytona pacifica emblem i was gonna use to make a mould from just to repop a new one for my daytona pacifica i purchased as another project car. hope this helps. mat -----------------------REMOVE-FOOTER-WHEN-REPLYING---------------------------- Questions?
