i had 15 psi of boost, have a 2.5 with the mopar performance computer.
ran 15 pounds for about 3 years, now im down to 10
replaced the map, new hoses. but still cant get 15 psi
do you think my computer is going bad?

Just a guess,
but if this is a 2.2 TII
I would say you have an intercooler hose loose.
check the clamps and for good coverage.
If that is the problem, then whats happened is the turbo is causing the
"fluttering" when you clutch, the comp
found the trouble. clogged Cat,
