I will say that the GS unit and my crude methods were accurate enough so
that the MOIs of a driver, 3w, and 5w I measured came out within 1% of
their targets.

I've got the GS version which is slightly different. One thing that
really helps is to first find the general balance point on the face and
then put a piece of masking tape there. The tape provides enough
friction so the head won't slip. That has always worked for me.

how things are measured because years ago when I was with GS and did a
balance point CG finder, I did not know what I am about to tell you. So
I was ill informed or improperly educated back then as well.

nozzle was stopped up and nothing could be done to free up the liquid.
