Have you tried Billy Bob's golf? I think they have some adapters for the
Callaways.

This may have
been discussed before but can not find it. The New Callaway GBB_II does the ERC
Ferule fit and is the shaft .350. I have the ERC Ferules but can’t tell with
out taking the head off if the ferules are the same.

I have done plenty of them and they are relatively easy once you have the proper set up. You need a tool that can be purchased from the PCS or Maltby to go between the head and puller. I made mine out if PVC fittings. The ferrules can be purchased from Golfsmith or Maltby but I prefer to

Secure head in vise, heat back of hosel with tourch, INSERT SCREW EXTRACTOR #4 INTO CENTER OF SHAFT AND PULL THE MUTHA OUT IN ONE PIECE! Reshaft as borethrough. Ferrule available from most any supplier.
Don't have a set of screw extractors? Get a set for about $8
