OK, first let's talk about hybrids, and what matters with them.
Here's my experience, and I'm sure others will add theirs:
*** IMHO, the biggest difference among hybrids is offset (or face
progression). Most hybrids have quite a bit of offset, in that the
top of the face is set noticeably back
Take a look at the Alpha titanium hybrid. Available in 13 and 16 deg.
It has a fairly deep face, would be perfect for a "mini driver".

I'd like to help, but you're confusing me a little. The things that
confuse are:
(1) This is basically a clubmaker's forum, but you are only talking
about OEM clubs. Are you a clubmaker? Can we talk about components,
and not just off-the-rack clubs?
(2) If Pinch Brook is your home
I'm using the older Cobra Baffler Multimetal clubs in their stock
steel shafts. My 24 and 20 degree clubs seem to match my 4 and 3
irons respectively, at least with respect to loft and length (around
the 39-inch ballpark). Cobra made these clubs with 18 degrees of loft
