Thank you, I was able to fix this issue by rebooting the router, then I had
to set a static IP on my PC on the segment than the router and finally I
was able to login to the router.

ships does not create the BE and LE subdirs, so shorewall complains
with:
ERROR: GEOIPDIR (/usr/share/xt_geoip/LE) does not exist
The files are all in /usr/share/xt_geoip.
I don't know what LE and BE did in the past, and if
