- Was the dump for computer number two (*15.0*) taken when the connection/issue
was not working?
It was taken right after I tried a video connection (within 30
seconds). Should I maybe have done it during the video connection
attempt?

Maybe you have to enable ip forwarding once you disable shorewall?
