I've just installed openvpn on my Ubuntu server 21.10
using my adroid phone I try to browse server but without success. I can
connect to openvpn server (I see status: 'connected' on my openvpn
client/android phone) but cannot browse my local subnet.

I use shorewall version 5.2.3.4 with Ubuntu 21.04 with the three network
interfaces:
WAN-enp3s0,
LAN-enp2s0,
WLAN-wlp4s0
I think that after update some _Ubuntu _packets one of my open port
6535 is closed.

I suggest adding wait=10 to wlp420's OPTIONS in /etc/shorewall/interfaces.
FWIW, I'm not seeing this problem on 18.04 desktop.

I added wait=10 to wlp4s0's OPTIONS in interfaces file and issue seems to be
resolved.
I will be watching and investigating loading services during boot.

with Shorewall (5.1.12.2) starting during the system boot.
I use lan and wifi network interface (wlp4s0) and
isc-dhcp-server+hostapd in the 'loc' zone. Wifi card is configured as
