This is fresh installation of Centos and just cant imagine that somebody
didn't tried.
I have installed all by default nothing changed and after that I istall
webmin and shorewall.
When I check systemctl status shorewall it shows me not runing also
shorewall status.
I check all logs and did

On ALL Centos servers where I use shorewall I never know when centos boot if

shorewall is working.
I many times see when I login that shorewall not working at all.

I have the same problem on Fedora 29 server and on Centos 7.6 server.
And it won't start at boot and even if I do systemctl start shorewall.
I need to go into webmin and start it there.
I have no errors in log.
If anyone find solution please let me know.
