If you have a Siesta license but did not receive such e-mail, please contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] (the license obtained for the previous release is still valid). People interested in Siesta but with no previous license should follow the instructions in the Siesta web site to obtain one (www.uam.es/siesta). People may encounter problems with the distribution system (e.g. it may not work with all browsers), and/or the package itself (e.g. initial compilation problems). We apologise in advance, and we'll do our best to help, but it is likely that we will receive more e-mails than we can cope with in the next few days, and our response may be slow (we're just a bunch of academics dedicated to science after all).
