Hi, Young-Kyun,
The only thing you need to do is to recompile BLACS, a library you
ought to link in order to compile & run your SIESTA (in parallel).

I just recompiled both BLACS and SCALAPACP w/ MPI-1.2.7-gm and
intel-9 instead of using system provided scalapack-1.7.4, and
repeated the compilation for SIESTA. But the same thing happens.
This problem is really weird. Is it due to the new version of
MPI?
