I want to plot the difference between self-consistent charge density of my system and the perturbed system in three mode using denchar utility. I can plot the charge density of the system using extracted .cube file. But I don't know how to calculate the difference. Any help is most welcome. Thanks in advance, Best regards. Nadia Salami
