Dear siesta and Transiesta users
I am trying to install siesta 4.1 on Ubuntu 16 but it terminated without
producing any exe file.and also it doesn't show any error.
before I installed that on Ubuntu 12 without any problem.
This is the last command line.
iofa.o iokp.o iomd.o typecell.o ofc.
Hi. I wonder why have siesta been coming with netcdf?

Hello, everyone, I Need help in generating Zmatrix for a large system up to 64
to have relax coordinates for my system, I googled and searched for this but
coundn' get any infomartion.
Here are Few of system for that I need to build Z matrix:
Na11_Co_Zn4
Zn4_Fe_Na4
C36H16
