We have a buy/sell/trade forum on the website, I have some stuff listed there
right now. IMHO that beats posting because you can edit later once things
are sold, etc.

Does anyone else on the list care about occasional for-sale postings? I
don't. I have yet to buy anything from others on the list, but I don't
think it is really a big deal.
(As long as the for-sale postings are from subscribers and not the general
population.)
