try without it.
sikulixapi.jar comes with jna 5.3.1

I just made a test with the lates build of sikulixapi.jar (#321), which
did not make any problems:

My project does not use maven dependencies (and to make it use it, i
need to create a new project in netbeans that is regarded as "maven
project", which i would rather avoid). I simply downloaded the ready-to-
use .jar file and replaced my previous one with it, like i was doing
before, however, new
could you try again with the latest snapshot (take care it is loaded
from OSSRH again!)
In doubt delete the sikulixapi folder from you local maven repo before
trying again.
