No I thought I was already using the latest version available from the site

I will get the latest version and report.
BTW the site (http://sikuli.org/hudson/job/Sikuli-IDE-Windows/) has
r930; not r931. Is that OK?

Further experiments reveal that if I delete the "Sikuli" node in the
registry once again, the java.io.FileNotFoundException error stops
appearing in the bottom pane.
However, if I enter a command in Sikuli, the registry node is re-generated.
Now whenever I launch Sikuli again, the error comes up a
Yes, I confirm that the problem is due to JRE7, by experimenting on my
second PC (which also has 32-bit Win7 OS).
First of all, I removed the Sikuli node from the registry.
Then I removed only the JRE7 (but I did not remove JDK7, JavaFX or JavaFX SDK).
I did not restart my second PC at all. Still
Thanks for the help!

I found three different update versions of JRE6 in different folders

I confirm that the batch file shows the correct path to the javaw.exe file that
is in the JRE6 folder.
(but I launch Sikuli.exe directly, not through the batch file.)
Regardless of the launch method (launch exe or bat), the Sikuli crashes when I

Thanks for the rapid response.
I have JRE7 as part of JDK7; and I have also installed JRE6 separately because
even LibreOffice works only with JRE6 (not JRE7).
so both JRE6 and JRE7 co-exist on my PC.
So HOW should I associate Sikuli with JRE6?
Can you share the step-by-step process?
Also, ho

Public bug reported:
If I click on any command, Sikuli crashes immediately (its window simply
vanishes without any error being reported).
For example, if I click on the find() or click() commands in the left
pane, the Sikuli window vanishes.
Reporting for Windows 7 running on two different PCs.
