OOPS! No I thought I was already using the latest version available from the site (r905). I will get the latest version and report. BTW the site (http://sikuli.org/hudson/job/Sikuli-IDE-Windows/) has r930; not r931. Is that OK? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of

Further experiments reveal that if I delete the "Sikuli" node in the registry once again, the java.io.FileNotFoundException error stops appearing in the bottom pane. However, if I enter a command in Sikuli, the registry node is re-generated. Now whenever I launch Sikuli again, the error comes up a

Yes, I confirm that the problem is due to JRE7, by experimenting on my second PC (which also has 32-bit Win7 OS). First of all, I removed the Sikuli node from the registry. Then I removed only the JRE7 (but I did not remove JDK7, JavaFX or JavaFX SDK). I did not restart my second PC at all. Still

Yes, that's it! I deleted the branch (only the "sikuli" node, not above it); and the application works fine. Conclusion: The FAQ instruction is applicable to fresh installations of Sukuli (not only for people who are changing over from RC2). (The FAQ should be edited to that extent to guide all

I found three different update versions of JRE6 in different folders (the Java auto-update feature does not replace the old version with new). I also found a JDK7 and two JavaFX installations. I removed all of these, and restarted the PC. Then I removed Sikuli and restarted the PC. Then I install

I confirm that the batch file shows the correct path to the javaw.exe file that is in the JRE6 folder. (but I launch Sikuli.exe directly, not through the batch file.) Regardless of the launch method (launch exe or bat), the Sikuli crashes when I click on any of the commands. The exe does not hav

Thanks for the rapid response. I have JRE7 as part of JDK7; and I have also installed JRE6 separately because even LibreOffice works only with JRE6 (not JRE7). so both JRE6 and JRE7 co-exist on my PC. So HOW should I associate Sikuli with JRE6? Can you share the step-by-step process? Also, ho

[Sikuli-driver] [Bug 973968] [NEW] Sikuli crashes when I click on any command in its window

2012-04-04 Thread narayan aras
Public bug reported: If I click on any command, Sikuli crashes immediately (its window simply vanishes without any error being reported). For example, if I click on the find() or click() commands in the left pane, the Sikuli window vanishes. Reporting for Windows 7 running on two different PCs.
