Try to set MinTargetSize back to 6, which was used in RC2. See

Actually I did several tests and found out that the problem is not unable to
recognize images, quite opposite, it's recognizing more image

Just for record, RC3's vision engine should be more robust than RC2's.
This means you may get inconsistent results
