I have a region reg identified using the command:
reg = App.focusedWindow()
During my testing, this region gets covered by other windows.
reg.highlight(5)
is able to highlight the window but I am no longer ab

As already mentioned in your other question:
Sikuli generally does not know anything about apps and GUIs, it is just pixels.
