I was looking around at hosting places in Australia a little while ago
and found these guys - you can resell domains, email etc through them.
I've never used them, so not sure how good they are, I'd just bookmarked

I ran this passed some people that are in the loop on FOI issues and
got this comment back;
"Get Ben to seek a review of the fee estimate and I would publicise
this."
Appears that sometimes fees are higher than they need to be and you're
entitled to seek a review.
