I tend to agree with a lot of what has been written on this, but will
offer some comments of my own.
As others have said, what a developer is will to accept is determined
by a bunch of things, but in general a developer is motivated by
different things than most other people (i.e. not money).
I had a quick look, but I found the right-to-left ticker scrolling
pretty hard to look at. Also, I tried to move it to my extended screen
and it snapped back to my primary screen (I'm on a Mac btw). So, back
to Tweet Deck for the moment. :-)
