Giving too much information was your downfall. With government agencies everything is on a need to know basis. Only answer what you you're asked. Should have said you're attending a conference (or meeting) and then traveling after - which is OK for a B1 which you can even get at the border. Th

I use bitcoin to move money between Australia and Hong Kong. (Soon will be US). It requires a bank account set up in both countries and also an exchange. Although do a bit of automated arbitrage between bitcoin exchanges so I have multiple exchange accounts set up anyway. I looked at OzForex
