Hi all,

I did a quick search but didn't find anything directly relevant. We
have a contract we use for all projects which was drawn up by a lawyer
and is quite comprehensive and about 3 pages plus attachments/
schedules etc. We'd like to put together a simpler more concise
contract we can use with small and medium size projects, as we are
finding that terms in our contract are constantly becoming a source of
confusion and delay. Ideally we'd like to create a 1 page "plain
English" contract so our clients can read it and just sign off on it
and we can move forward. Has anyone else done something similar? Can
anyone recommend a lawyer that is competent but not too expensive?

Thanks!

Nick
