We've just moved a 2-3m pv a month site to Rackspace Cloud Sites. The
more obvious candidate is the Cloud server version, both are good.

Price: good, but better is the ability to grow without hitting limits.
You pay for what you use, but we came from a MediaTemple Nitro server
($750US/ mth) and I'd bet we'll save money now. Likewise though, most
of our static files are now S3/ Amazon Cloudfront hosted.
