Also try, in order of ease, Bendigo bank, bankwest and ANZ. Get to know your
bank manager as he/she will help u out. Annoyingly slow and a time suck (allow
6 wks-3 mths) so my advice is to use Paypal hosted (their API product) for a
while and switch when u need to. In your first year losing 1-2%

We've done direct integration with NAB. Once you take into account the
merchant fees, account-keeping fees (if the NAB business account is not your
primary business account), and for us foreign currency account fees you may
find the Braintree offering is not so pricey :)

We went through this recently & ended up using Braintree, who while good,
took a fair while to set up (to be fair, I think we were the first in AU on
them, and the holdup
We are about to integrate a payment gateway into LawPath.com.au - i've been
recommended PIN & Braintree, but would like to know if other payment
gateways that accept more card types / bank transfers / paypal are
available here in Australia?
