hi everyone,

Renai LeMay here, a technology journalist and entrepreneur -- I
recently started a company named LeMay & Galt Media. Our first product
is an online technology publication focusing purely on the Australian
sector called Delimiter (http://www.delimiter.com.au).

We have recently leased a cheap as chips office in leafy Randwick, in
Sydney's Eastern suburbs (1/2 an hour walk from Coogee Beach). You can
see photos here after the renovation:

and before:

As the article mentions, we have a spare room which could take 5-ish
desks and are looking for an IT/new media startup or company to share
the space with us for about $500 a month, internet included.

We're getting the office dirt-cheap, because it hasn't been leased for
2 years. But it's clean and perfectly suitable for a startup
environment. Because we have cleaned up the middle area and made it
into a comfy lounge with a coffee table, TV, Xbox and tea area, there
is even a space where you can meet clients.

It's not a 'classy' office, but it does have an 'arty' feel.

I feel there are other benefits to sharing with us -- Delimiter and I
personally have a significant profile in the community, and you will
automatically have your profile boosted simply by being part of our
environment. In addition, I know most of the players in Australia's
ICT industry and can pass along contacts to you in some areas if you
need help etc.

Randwick is a lovely suburb and is 20min by bus away from the city.
Best of all you don't have to catch the shitty train :)

Let me know if you are remotely interested and we can arrange a time
for you to drop in and check out the space. We have to be a bit
careful on who we let in, because of the nature of our business, but
if you're the right company I think we can have a lot of fun
together :)

Cheers,

Renai LeMay
