Hi Kevin, Great to hear you'll be in Melbourne for the upcoming Startup Week.
As Scott said, there's lots of great co-working spaces around the area and the Startup Victoria folks have put together a great track of events. Each of the co-working spaces have a different feel to them. Inspire9 is right near Richmond Station, has a great amount of space and includes great startups like Adioso, Tweaky, Sidekicker, Attendly... the list goes on. Inspire9 also plays host to the AngelCube program. York Butter Factory is a 5 minute walk from Southern Cross station, has a coffee machine (I'm biased this thing makes my morning every day I'm there) and includes great startups like IndexMedia, GetViable, and Podzy to name a few. YBF is founded by the gents from Adventure Capital who are active throughout the Melbourne commmunity. The Hub has a great community vibe. Seems to specialise in Social Entrepreneurship, and have Yammer, TEDxMelbourne, OurSay and Pozible working from the spot there. It is also a stones throw from Southern Cross. Let's not forget Electron Workshop. They're just north of Queen Vic Markets and... well I will unfortunately don't know enough about the members there, but by no doubt they're doing some cool things. I'm an organiser for Silicon Beach so it'll be great to see you there, plus I work out of YBF 8 out of 7 days so stop in and say hello.
