This looks like a great idea to me.
I like Manly and Shelly beach and it would be nice to be able to work there.

Hi Avis,
That is a special part of the world, we have a co-work space in Manly,
maybe we could take a membership there and have a desk there for our
members if they want to get even closer to the water. I would use it
sometimes myself.

Yep that's the one :) Bloody amazing location. It's actually up for sale
but we put a proposal to the owners to turn it into a co-working space
instead. They're super keen, so it's just a case of gauging interestso
spread the word.
