Are you doing really complex stuff? If you are, you may need to spend that
kind of coin. If you're not, you should be able to hire a gun designer to
get some PSDs done, then find a commodity person overseas to implement it
in a SaaS e-commerce platform. Shopify and BigCommerce are
BigCommerce is better and it's an Aussie company.
