We all know about the headaches facing new and existing Australian online retail businesses: trouble getting merchant accounts, trouble with multiple currency accounts, trouble with couriers failing to knock and wait with deliveries, etc etc.
This is a call out -- for my research (for Forrester Research) -- for any startups that will make life easier for Australian online retailers in 2012 than it was in 2012. New products from existing companies would also be of interest as long as the take-home is that 2012 will be different to 2011.
