started in Jan?

From the briefing sessions I went to it's clear that there's a holistic
approach being taken.
In terms of applyting for multiple parts at the same time it was made clear
that it's definitely a stage process. So if you're applying for Skills and
Knowledge or a Proof of Concept grant it would look
