i dont know who this person is, but if this is what passes for nuance, there must be a serious shortage of it.
Saying that some american shield law 'should' have jurisdiction over what is published in the guardian or wikileaks is as stupid as protesting about a prophet mohamed cartoon published in denmark. And secondly feeling embarassed about iraq or iran calling the emperors new clothes over wikileaks is exactly the same as saying its fine to occupy afghanistan because we are improving womens rights.
